1099’s should look into a lawsuit as this is for employees, not contractors. ZB will scare reps into thinking there isn’t an option. There is.
Of course, ZB stepped over the line. Do you have a roomful of lawyers to fight back? Of course not, so of course they win.
We'll all be retired by the time the CA legal issues are resolved. The lawyers will find a way to drag this out and get rich at the same time..
