Sales Turnover EXTREMELY high

Check the recent postings in CA and WA state where they must post the salary ranges. A senior screening solutions specialist can now start as high as 148,000. They are paying top dollar for new hires.
Key words being "as high as" they try to not bring people in as senior sss if they help it. Their MO is bring in people with experience who were recently laid off so are desperate to accept a low ball salary offer at a lower level on the career ladder. Speak to current employees before you accept any role at this organization...I sincerely wish I had

That's not always true. I have someone in my district who was hired and got top dollar with the only experience on their resume being door to door vacuum salesman. The hiring manager just thinks he's so hot!

I want to work here. How do I apply
Preferred candidates have zero sales experience, always lead with their pro nouns, and will happily accept $20k less in salary than any comparable job at another company. If you meet these criteria, chances are you'll be promoted to a management role in 1-2 years. Bonus if you throw in how passionate you are about the "mission" at least 3 times in any given sentence.

HAHAHA!!! This is hilarious! I mean, I know you're being facetious -which is why I'm laughing instead of ridiculing you for being absurdly naive. You know as well as I do that Cologuard can only detect about 42% of large precancerous polyps (Colonoscopy can detect 95%). Combine that with the 13% false positive rate, and this little poop box is basically worthless, but then again, you CLEARLY already know that..

So worthless that you got fired not being able to sell a product that sells itself

Everything changed with the Pfizer takeover. It went from small company care and feel to big corporate. Employee satisfaction down the drain and some great people pushed out. Just keep an eye on how many rep roles this company is constantly hiring for that should tell you everything you need to know about employee satisfaction and turnover.

Not only does your management lack intelligence, your products are not very good.

What’s the detection rate of large precancerous polyps when patients are non compliant with screening?

Cologuard is not attempting to go head to head against colonoscopy (although some could argue that a non invasive approach for average risk makes sense from a cost savings standpoint.

Yeah, my point is everyone should just get a colonoscopy..The night before prep sucks, but the procedure is simple, effective, and you get the best half-hour nap you'll ever have.

How gullible are you, exactly?

Nobody is ever going to "change cancer". There is too much money in it for these corporations.

Keep dreaming. I bet you had a great Easter yesterday too, dreaming of the Bunny and other fake BS that is pulled over your head this time of the year.

This job is primary care. But, yes, you can literally leave and get a job at 120k base a year just like me. Went from 92k as an SSS to 120k as a primary care rep.
These higher salary jobs generally have a lower commission from what I've seen. If ya don't like it here and aren't putting your best self in the job then it's worth it. But it's not worth the move just for the salary for most

There's too much money in it for what corporation? You better believe there's a stack of cash for any one who can decrease he the burden of cancer----dont be so silly to think there's some conspiracy to make sure we keep spending money on cancer treatments.
