This isn't exactly breaking news sales turnover here has been high for years...once people realize what a clown car leadership is and how grossly underpaid they are, they're out the door. Only people left are complacently mediocre or riding off into the retirement sunset

KC doesn’t care. He never has. He gets up on stage and whips up a few crocodile tears a couple of times per year. That’s all. As long as he collects his $14MM per year, he could care less who stays and who goes. This company churns and burns through people at every level like nothing I’ve ever seen.

Ahhh the crocodile tears. He has worked with a coach on this public speaking and emotional delivery. (so what you are seeing up there is a less robotic and stilted version of the real KC, if you can believe that) and he has spent years training himself to cry those crocodile tears and fake his shaky voice while talking about his departed friend from Flint, MI and blah blah. I have heard that fucking speech so. many times I could probably quote it and cue the tears.

Only $14MM last year? Peanuts compared to the $20MM a couple years ago that landed his pompous ass on the list of the top 100 highest paid CEOs. A little odd for a company this size struggling to be legitimately profitable with revenue around $2B, no? Also the highest paid CEO in the state of Wisconsin and ultimate decision maker and had the audacity to stand in front of thousands after the 2022 Fall layoffs and say "we are all accountable as shareholders for the decisions that led to the layoffs." Out of his goddamn mind, out-of-touch with his employee base and just flat out offensive. Not to mention, he's a pussy. Have the balls to own your decisions. When anyone in a town hall starts raking in his salary, come back and let's talk about who is accountable.

Why are you trying to make this about race? Incompetence is incompetence whether it's white, black, or purple.
