What a joke you are. This Margaret is unless . The only one worth keeping is Jessica . Someone should ask Dean about this.YES, as a matter of fact they do help many of us out in the field with 1000 other things then just changing fax numbers and if you actually knew wtf you were doing you would know you can update a fax # in the blink of an eye within HC1. Also, they are probably not helping you, giving you attitude and ignoring you because your one of the annoying dumba$$ reps who have no idea wtf your doing except chasing your own tail in circles. While I'm stating nothing but facts here....MARGARET D. is the BEST!!!!! That woman does the amount of work of 5 people within that department. ABSOLUTELY deserves a significant promotion with a nice raise to go with it. AGAIN...just stating facts here

MD = helpful at times but unprofessional and weird
JC = rude and dumb gets confused easily
KR = just plain mean, nasty and unapproachable
Christine = dumb dumb dumb and dumber
DL = dumb, phony, under-qualified for any role other than an actual sales support rep. only the lord knows how she’s been able to fool these idiots into thinking she’s worth anything more than 60k a year
MF = lazy and dumb
