60 million dollars in back orders, the company kept payout on 60 million dollars that should have gone to reps in July. Until they adjust the comp plan Baxter is basically stealing from its reps. We have quotas on products we haven’t even been able to sell since February. Applicators we’re on back order for over 3 months which meant Tiss wasn’t getting used. And yet they “wonder” everyday why quota is being missed. The answer is clear as water. All of leadership needs to go. Every aspect of baxter is a complete disaster.

Don't hold your breath on a comp plan change. It will have to take place in 2023 if they do it at all. No one here has the balls to make a change mid-year and Joe A. would never approve it. With all the budgetary cuts needed to be made by the other divisions, adjusting our comp isn't an option.
 




Ahhhhh, the king makes their 2022 EBIDT objectives by cutting costs. Rep comp isn't tied into the king's comp. Sorry, you eat last. Begs the question, is a king fit to be king.
 




Don't hold your breath on a comp plan change. It will have to take place in 2023 if they do it at all. No one here has the balls to make a change mid-year and Joe A. would never approve it. With all the budgetary cuts needed to be made by the other divisions, adjusting our comp isn't an option.
It will stay as is just like it’s been a mess for the past several years including the year we got stiffed with reco forecast. Every year it’s something that ensures the plan stinks.
