I just spoke to a head hunter about a sales position. Anyone care to share their thoughts on the company's success and culture? Are AM's hitting goals and are bonuses attainable? Thanks.
I went through the interview process w Quidel. The ONLY thing that I got hung up on was that nobody was able to give me hard #'s on what the quotas were, how they were calculated, and what % of reps were making numbers.
I ultimately declined an offer but was impressed w all facets of the interview. Seemed like a good company.
They couldn’t give you numbers because they don’t know the numbers. Comp plan is a lottery, goals can change without notice, & credit for sales is often misplaced due to territory overlaps.
