Look around, how many USLabs or Dianon folks do you see still hanging around. Don't tell me they could not sell. They had a great track record prior to getting bought by LCA.

Do you really think LabCorp spent almost a Billion Dollars, just to take care of the Genzyme Sales people !

LabCorp answers to Wall Street, just like Quest and many more.

More folks will leave after this meeting too. Everything we do will now be sent to the main lab in NC, we are just flow and cyto now with most molecular going to send out. The mood here is so fake, everyone is looking to leave, you can hear it in all of the little side conversations. Reps with non competes are screwed.
 












Genzyme is the new kid on the block to labcorp, $800 mil reasons why, when uslabs can produce Genzyme revenue then they can take charge again, NOT

uslabs go cry to all of your ex reps that bolted over the past couple of years to another lab. Maybe upper management can talk them into coming back, NOT why do you think they all left in the first place
 






Ne division just set up regional leadership teams in every rmbd region. Not a single genzyme person was invited. What a way to welcome your new toy Bill. How much longer Til you are back in Burlington with the rest of the stuffed shirts? Might be a while, are you waiting to the lawsuits from your cancerdx dibocal to die down? Must be nice to start a company on bad science and then land right back where you started.

Just you wait a year or so. Look back on my comment and then respond. U.S. Labs and Dianon came in with the same vigor as you are now. I promise this lab will sit on you and put you on your knees, just like the rest of us. We have all been there and just watch your bank account as it shrinks and shrinks. You can have a $ 20,000 straight line and bring home ZERO dollars. It is beyond your control to positively impact your income on this Compensation Plan.
I do not want to discourage you, just save as much money as you can now. You will need it down the road. Sooner than you think.

Yes one is gone, the lower ranked one on the leadership pole. Left for some equipment company. The other is just waiting until all the smart people leave so he can get his empty title back. The rmbd will be easy to replace, Todd will not be. We need to keep the genzyme people/managers/VP's. Lab corp does not know how much they are losing here. We need help.

Some equipment company... I guess you have never of Roche. They are only one the best companies in the healthcare industry. Great upgrade JK, you deserve it and deserve to be respected. Roche respects thier employees and doesn't SCREW them.
