What do you think about teamwork and leadership? Especially now that we are going to be cross selling with Genzyme......

Is it an SME versus KAE dog eating world out there?
WTF?

Why don't we give them guns and swords to fight each other off of the territory they sell in?
 


















The ball is in Genzymes field, they are calling the shots and have their management team in place. It will be only a matter of time before they run the entire show in Heme.
Genzyme is living large and in charge! Labcorp will not let them implode like the past deals, not yet anyways
 












Genzyme more than likely will have the upper hand. The SME's will surely be on the way out if they do not perform. The KAE's are just glorified clerks, always have been.
 
























Genzyme has to run the show. We demoted the people running USL, they riffed the people that hired them to save their own jobs. That is the type of people they are. They never put people in the position to succeed, then they blame them and rif them. Genzyme needs to run them out, the genzyme folks laugh at them all day long. All the brains are gone to other companies that constantly take lca/usl/dianon business. It wont be long until labcorp ruins genzyme too. Just a matter of time.
 






Get real you are mistaken remember LCA bought Genzyme !!!! All decisions will be made in Burlington!! Get used to it !!!! LCA is in charge and things will definately change !!!
 












You should try the Florida/South Central Division. What an upside down mess that is going to be. Everyone is scurrying around to save their jobs. Management is half assed at best, meaning the Sales environment, especially with no revenue coming in with people constantly fighting for their compensation and no one steering the ship in the right direction. It is chaos at best. Get the old management the hell out and bring on the fresh hard working people that want to work and get this region humming again.
You might say we are not going to make it with the current sales management it is embarrassing.
Operations will hold up with all this change. They can survive.
 






Sales management is such a joke in the South Central. You need to be dead before you get a response out of the Sales Officer, she has her head so far up her new bosses ass you can't pull it out. Why would we want to keep people running the company in the toilet with this kind of management?

Nicole thinks she is running the show, but she will find out. Vince is going to take her out. Look around at all the good reps that have left the South Central in the past couple of years. Why do you think that is ? Yes the Comp plan sucks, we all know that. The Quest Comp plan is no better. It is all of Nicole's RMBD's Yes people, that manage by intimidation per the SVP. She is racist, non-responsive and bull headed. No honesty or integrity there either. I have heard thru the grape vine that the boys in Flordia say your days are numbered ! It's about time. To Quote her " it's a matter of whose DICK is bigger " It won't be long until the head of the snake is chopped off !!

Don't worry. It won't be long before Genzyme are put on the same crappy comp plan that the rest of us enjoy (not) You as a sales person are a line item in the budge and considered an expense. You will probably make $ 100 to $ 125, if and only if everything falls into place. Genzyme folks just happen to be the latest toy for LCA. Just wait till the next one comes along and you will be Dianonized, just like the last company. Until this company figures out what drives Sales People, they will continue with the turn over of good sales people. Meanwhile .... Spectrum, Sonic and other regional labs continue to pay rule of 78 ...... That, my friend is what trues Hunters want.

They beat out all of the USLabs reps, genzyme managers and VP's beat out their counterparts at USLabs too, so don't get ahead of yourself here. Maybe with people that understand the business running things they will turn the sinking ship around.
