Sales Jobs Are Everywhere and Much More Money Than Teva Is Paying

Guys, start looking and interviewing. Sales jobs are at a high like never seen in recent history. The salaries are very, very high as well. There are places ready, willing and able to compensate you for all your efforts. Yearly pay increases are good to. You are being abused by Teva. Walk way.

As long as TOMmy boy is still running the show we will never get paid what is comparable to other biotech organizations. Remember that comment years ago on stage about paying us like a biotech organization. Now what are you doing….hiring reps and paying them 80k? It’s sad. You are a joke TOMmy and a horrible leader. All we do is laugh at you and pray you leave. You have zero respect from anyone.

Completely
Mandates will be struck down in court and if companies continue to force employees they will be liable for adverse events. This will all go away when the treatment pills come out. You can’t force vaccinate when treatment is approved

I’ve had 4 interviews in the past 3 weeks….ALL the companies I have interviewed with starting salary is 20-30K more than what we get paid here. How long do you want to stay here and get a 2% bump on your 100-120K salary? How long do you want to sell Ajovy and polish the dust off Copaxone? Interview and get the hell out of here. We work in a shitty industry for a shitty company who doesn’t care about you so go somewhere where you can at the least get paid! Don’t be dumb and stick around. Time to make a move

Companies paying good people to leave Teva. Companies paying high salaries because they want to retain their investment. Unlike Teva who loses a good rep and replaces them with a first year no experience rep. Where do you want to work? Reps getting paid what managers make at Teva. Just saying. Good luck with that Anchovy

Teva is losing all of their intellectual property to the competitor who is poaching everyone they can. They are paying big coin. This place will continue to underpay everyone until nothing is left. You get what you are willing to pay for, and with Teva, it is the lowest wages in biotech.

When leadership jumps to Neurocrine, reps will follow. Many already are.

Yup. Some very tenured, highly respected managers have gone over. Should be a red flag to senior leadership but it's not. They want people to leave. It's quite obvious. Paying some spaz right out of the management training program at Enterprise Rent-a-Car 80k to sell Ajovy is the model for the remaking of the sales force. If you don't see that, you're hopeless. Other companies offering significant salary increases, equity, and an actual pipeline. AF, JM, TR and the rest of their cronies were incredibly aloof in Maui. It was awkward & weird. I especially liked JM Thanksgiving email sent by his Executive Assistant. What a TOOL.

Teva doesn't even pay performers. Everyone got a 1.3% raise last year whether you were first in the ranks or last. Meanwhile their direct competition is offering 25K to 40K bumps in base pay just to make the jump. Teva is the Dollar General of pharma. You can go almost anywhere and make more money. Leadership knows it and they are making the jump too.

You are correct. They want inexperienced sales force that they can pay entry level salaries and bonuses. The writing is on the wall. It's unfortunate because overall I like it here. But, time to move on.

If my current salary options/quotes are any indication (in the process with 3 companies), all they will be able to hire in the future are primary care and new to pharma sales candidates.

Guys there is a big life after Teva. I just got my offer of 170K base from Neurocrine. This place will be a graveyard by 2022.

But hey….you can’t beat sitting on your couch for the entire month of December and getting a pay check. Thanks Teva….I’ll be gone mid January at my new job paying 50K more than what I make here. Feel bad for all the managers and their new to the business hires. It’s sad
