Amen! Don't hold back ...speak the truth. God forbid don't have a good year you will be punished by the compensation machine with a baseline goal that is in most cases far from reach.

LabCorp base is much higher than Quest. For the same role (SME) at LCA you can expect $65K -$75K with commission of about $30K -$45K. Some reps earn much more than this, just giving you an average LCA is a better lab than Quest. I have worked at both places.
 












People, please. Stop with the LabCorp and Quest. Total jokes of the industry now. Bottom feeder reps that dont know how to sell but live off contracts and past notoriety. Literally the 2 worst labs now and its a shame because they have the most presence and exposure to unknowing drs. Work for a regional lab where your work is respected and you are paid a accordingly for it. If you have an existing book of biz especially, with a loyal following do yourself a favor, look elsewhere and double your income and put up with much less bullshit!
