I agree with you. They will mislead candidates about the total compensation (WOW 7.5% that is awesome) and reimbursement (non-existent).

Word is gettin out about non-coverage for UPC (64999) and that is WHY I am not excited about the new compensation plan. The company does not care if you do not make your numbers. You can and will be replaced.

This is already happening.
