A comp plan built to screw you from every angle.
Not enough inventory to ship product on time, and that costs you commissions because of said comp plan.
All that said, great products and strong brand loyalty. More importantly, huge obstacles for competitors.
The Regional Manager you have would dictate how much a pain in the ass any of these things are.
