Tell us scoop on ledge wood location? Details on LCM. Was she intolerable? Were the pst rigid in there manner? What about resp therapist? Is he one of a kind? They have been thru 7 SR in 8 years. Very high turn over f or SR. Love to hear your story.

Ask questions.

Obviously, revenues were not enough to satisfy Rotech corporate overhead- (ie: layers of management).
Question. In your opinion, why did the business go elsewhere? Usually there are two or three reasons. But please/////restrict your blame to those at location manager and lower.
Let's try and put a happy face on this.

Still waiting to hear from person left ledge wood nj. Ther has. Een 7 SR in past 8 years. Is there a pattern going on?

Could it be that what happened here is what happened at another location? An lcm badly wanted a "friend" of it's in the sales position. So much so that sabotage commenced in order to prevent points. There are many ways to do this, especially since (bad) lcm's are not held accountable.

The Ledgewood location is unique... LCM been there for many years and really does not understand role of SR. She sincerely believes everything corporate tells her regarding sales. She wants the same old blue prints to be used that were unsuccessful last year used again. She firmly believes giving a bottle of water or a bag of MMs will endear someone to provide next order of oxyge or Cpap. The tail wags the dog.. RT is dictating to LCM. LCM fearful of losing drivers because of loyalty and who else would drive a 10 year old van with 300k miles.

OK. Since we're trying to bump another thread, advise to the above LCM is to give a box of tissues instead of m@m's and water.
Scissor the Rotech logo off something and carefully tape the logo onto the tissue boxes.
It can't go wrong!

Just read this about the NJ location. I know who HE is , the angry RT. If it was so bad, what took u so long to leave?
Policy and procedure is not a bad thing, cheating employees are..glad you left. You drug everbody down. the sales rep was a waste too. she had another agenda and it wasn't to work.
always point the finger to the LCM, never take any blame on yourself. SHAME on you J.

all you sympathetic has beens. if you've moved on, forget the Rotech experience. If you're still there, deal with it. No one is perfect and by the sounds of some of these comments, it shows.
Sorry to say you show your ignorance by bad mouthing people who care about a job. We are still a free country, move on, find another hole to crawl into.

Good advice. Move on from rotech especially the idiots from Ledgewood NJ location. The only good thing is they are all less idiots than the rest of rotech. I am also not in the fan club of j. The RT. As RT goes he is a best average with a very strong opinion.

Unless you jokers have held every position at a Rotech location, and I mean every position, I would think twice about commenting about any one person. I've done several jobs at many locations and truthfully, none of them were a walk in the park. Its a large corp with money issues, running skinny and Medicare knocking on the back door. But its a job and you get a check.
Look around for a new job, still rules and regs and things you won't care for. Never greener on the other side. I know.

If the grass looks greener on the other side...maybe you should take the time to water your OWN lawn.

Like the poster said it's a job you collect a check for...do the job or move on.
