All I hear is whiney babies. Your ability to sell has nothing to do with the competency of senior management. If you can sell you can over come all. I love working against you whiney babies. i make the money and trips. I listen to you ask, "How are you doing that!" Happened in every pharma job. If you can sell you don't need CNS experience. that,s the with pharma, they want experience in the specific target doctors. In 30 years of pharma, I have NEVER called on the same specialty. ALWAYS beat other reps, won PCE and made big bucks.
