I think liberal racist is an oxymoron. You are simply a moron. No way on Glenn Beck's green earth do you get a call to be an S3. No way, no how. Not buying it. The only call you got is from crazy town.

Maybe you could use your extra time on the unemployable line to brush up on your spelling and grammar. But then again, you wouldn't want to look to "skooled" for that crowd in your head...

Personally, my goal is to stay and S1 and keep myself buried in the middle until this ship runs ashore. Who the heck would want tougher goals for an extra 10K in salary with no way to hit the target? This industry is so over... Why worry about "s" designations when clearly they are distractions from corporate.

So true...this is to demoralize, have people leave on their own, and then later layoff whatever's left that needs to go. Take nothing personally, don't get bent out of shape over any of this. Smart thinking, being an S1 and under the radar, as far as staying employed and collecting a paycheck goes. All fine as long as you can put up with the meaninglessness of it all....i.e., a stupid, no-career job.

What a bunch of brain washed losers! The CTLs have very little responsibility--other than to sell the latest reorg/cost cutting scheme to the reps. S3=80% on territory which means there is little difference between them and the current sr exec/execs. It is a title to "reward" the but kissers and nothing more.

Calls have been made, mainly for the new CTL to discuss opportunities with that Top 30% that are eligible. Just getting a call doesn't mean anything (unless you were Senior Rep or lower)--in that case you are now guaranteed an Exec Rep, S2 position.

There will be very few S3 Lead Reps, approximately 7-8 per Region. Some will be Account Leads, Some Peer leads that do ride alongs and mentor, and who knows what else!

If not producing to expectations, these S3's will return to S2, Executive Rep status.
