S1,S2, S3 Placement Clarification

Delusional? MBA, 15 years, multiple awards, 2 pharmas on resume or BA and 5 years, only job? Placement?

MBA, 2 direct sales (8 years), 2 Pharma (8 years) and multiple awards in both direct and pharma...offered an S3 but declined because i am on a special assignment. I had to fall in the top 30% you only had to fall in the top 90%. Does that make you fee good? If what you say about your experience is correct then you would have had no problem placing in the top 30%. Its a shame people in your region scored higher than you but you placed higher...stupid. Were you called for an S3 position?

Not much different on the resume but given an S1, thanks to managed care.
