Please rethink using RX Sales Pros for hiring. I interviewed last month for the primary care expansion. I called my recruiter after the interview and she said she would get back to me as soon as she hears something. I haven't heard a word from her. I would certainly be ok with getting a thanks but no thanks email but no communication at all from her is very unprofessional.

No communication is the New Normal.

No response is also a response. They just are not into you. Sucks. Sorry.

There is a process. Let it play out. A lot of candidates and scheduling considerations. And IF a final candidate is identified, you won’t hear more until the candidate is confirmed. Be patient but also keep your options open.

As long as they hire ‘talent’. That’s the most important thing. And the talent attend the upcoming meeting.
