Keep cutting! 3 or 4 more VP's and it is time to move on the the next layer of uselessness! But don't stop there! Plenty of CBD's brought up in the same broken backstabbing, passive aggressive culture to cut next!

While you are at it, please request every brand team member to reapply for their jobs. You will quickly find out that their resumes are collectively void of any real experience, contribution, or success.

And please, do the same with the field sales force. Far too many people unqualified to interface with HCP's.

When your company is built on a culture of incompetence, the only measure to ensure success is to backstab your way to the next level before your inability to perform is realized.
 




Rumor has it, he is heading over to Novartis. Announcement next week.
Should've been the first to go. That said involuntary departures last year and "some" voluntary this year leaves this ship Rudderless. We are out of luck with those left who do not have the knowledge experience or leadership to run the company. Help!
 








Ruud has another personnel announcement set for Friday. Another leader leaving for career opportunity. Swing that hammer oh mighty Ruud. Offer has not been made to the likely interim so please keep this under wraps until they are notified.

Despite the reasons, the fact remains that it's TOTALLY UNPRECEDENTED IN THE LAST YEAR vs in the last decade the MASS EXODUS of leadership,SSLT, etc jumping ship. THEY obviously much smarter than we are. That's for certain.
We're sitting ducks. They are lining us up...saying we're strong, returning to growth. All the while readying the ax.
