RUN

I'm not sure who your asking but I do not want to sell any medication in the hospital we have to put through the formulary process. Especially this garbage!

People have been saying that they are quiting for months and they are still here. Guess companies are not knocking your door down to hire you.

Hey dummy maybe people have not left because of the $25,000 (give or take 10k) q 2 bonus just got , plus top 30 kicker, plus 25% retention due in Feb, plus the 10k kicker due in Nov, plus the q3 bonus ( at least 9k)along with top 30 finish kicker and again that 25% retention bonus also added to feb payout. I hate it here but your post is so stupid.
Take the bonus while you interview and leave at your own pace. Pretty simply strategy.

1/3People will go when money goes 1/3 when company turns up the heat and the rest will stay as too lazy to look.

If I had to guess you will be hear next year at this time bitching that you will never sell a narcotic. Sounds like if the company gives you enough money you will see dogshit.

Hey dummy. Clearly you do not work in this division. Try to cut down on the drinking as it just makes you angry.

Who knows what people will still be hear next year seeing dog shit!

Look back over the various threads from the past year or more. It is always "if they do this, then I am out of here". Yea, right. The Company makes the changes and the puppies still suck at the corporate nipple. This isn't an issue of short-term payment (though that is a factor) it is an issue of this sales force constantly bitching and seeing that the grass is greener... You are so full of yourselves as you think other companies will jump at the chance to hire you with only a phone call. Take my advice, stay where you are, keep your mouths shut, put up some real numbers, realize what you are truly worth in the marketplace, and carry on. Sell that narcotic. Idiots....

I agree. How many have updated their resume, contacted recruiters or friends in the industry. I know a few have (some regions are more active then others)from conversations with recruiters or co workers but most have done nothing and say well I am just waiting and if they do ... I am out of here.
It is sad. In this market you need to be looking a good six months or more to find what you hope is a good opportunity.
So start looking, keep your numbers up and at the very least you have a pay check.

Job satisfaction is a luxury.

Complaining. Wait until Jan when reps start to get pushed for growth. Jimmy and the rsds will fall in line and the dsms will have to crack heads.

Those last two posts are so obviously from St Louis it ain't even funny. Go f@ck yourselves.

I totally agree with you. People are staying right now for only 2 reasons. First, to get the retention money and second to possibly see what the second drug will be. That's it. If the drug is crap, no one will stay and this will be the time they aggressive start working with recruiters etc.

hear that but we will not get anything worthwhile regarding product.

i don't see a company that suggests their salespeople counsel rns to submit ethics complaints to cms and the ethics board as a very rational company. seriously that was the email from today that when pharmacy declines additional doses of ofirmev to patients/rns we should let rns know pharmacy is potentially stopping them from doing their jobs and that is an ethics violation. Let us know if that works
try getting something on formulary once pharmacists hear this not to mention our current price raising reputation

No I am waiting for retention money in 2017 and if God Forbid I have to sell a narcotic, I am out of here. Companies want me.
