I'm not a manager. I think anyone who spends so much time worrying about what other people are doing-or not doing do not belong in this business. Concern yourself with your own numbers, your own time on or off work and stop being such a nosey body. If someone is not producing, it will eventually work out for them to work elsewhere. In the meantime, the info was so exaggerated. There are no reps in the top echelon of rankings who have numbers in the teens. If some one was out on medical leave, that is between them and their doctor-not you, not any one else. You do not know what people are going through in their personal lives. Some people don't blab every life occurrence at work. If it was fake and they found a doctor to excuse them, that too will work its way out.
If you mind your own business and concentrate on what you can do and what numbers you can change you will have no need to be posting other people's business and complaining about their situations.
It is this kind of behavior that causes problems more than the person you posted about. You are trying to cause trouble and creating morale issues.
Mind yourself. Leave everyone else alone.

Question: Do you have to still be employed on the actual date bonus is paid or just in territory and employed for the full quarter to receive bonus payment? (ie if you were in territory the whole quarter, say Q1, and left a month into the next quarter, so say April, did you just forfeit that Q1 bonus since it wasn't paid till June, or are you still owed/paid that bonus when it is finally paid?)
