Oh, and I do worry about my own territory, thàts why I'm producing the high numbers and not on fake medical leave. Might want to ask yourself the same statement? My life is so difficult from female management, I have to take leave. What a joke!
Just stating fact if a severely broken system-your software sucks-yes there are multiple factors involved. I know them. What I stated you cannot justify.
So you would be ok with a person having to produce three prescriptions vs. your 100? Territories both having equal manages care struggles (what a cop out?)

Second-why are people being compensated directly after returning from medical leave? Should be ineligable for at least a period of time. Just goes to show tou can take a great vacation, come back when the people you dislike leave, tank your territory, return and only have to produce 6 prescriptions.
