What is wrong with you? Don't you have anything better to do than complain and start rumors?

So, goals are out, as we were told they would be. The are reasonable and certainly reachable. If yours are not, then you are not working.

If you are so unhappy that this is what you have to spend your time on, please consider finding another job. None of us want this kind of negativity. Don't need it either.

Let me state what is not fair-how can this company feel good about paying top ranked bonuses to people producing a meer fraction of what others are producing. Furthermore-how can you come off from medical leave (not working) and get paid more than the folks that are killing themself?

Question numbers people-how can you pay a top bonus to someone producing <15 scripts a week, when there are people producing >100?

Disgusting! Maybe I should go on medical leave then come back and get paid.

Aside from this complete bullshit, goals achievable. Especially if you had to get a smudge over the teens-joke!

compensation methods vary between companies. Would you rather all territories be considered equal? That means that states with high managed care coverage win all the time. Or states with mandatory generic usage or substitution lose. States with higher incomes win. More rural states lose as reps are limited in the number of accounts they can see and the possibilities for growth.
Goals are opportunity based and how well you compete against yourself, not against a completely different situation across the country.
No system is perfect, maybe you should swap territories for awhile-see what its like in another man's shoes. The grass is not always greener, you know. Its not strictly about numbers.
You sound like a six year old-she got more marshmallows in her hot chocolate than I did. Obviously, you have no idea what goes into compensations at pharma companies. There are computer programs (designed by third party vendors) that figure the quotas based on a myriad of markers. There is not a secret meeting in a dark closet where they pull your name out of a hat and decide your fate vs someone else's.
As for medical leave, it is available to you too. Mental problems qualify. Have a nice rest. Your territory will be here when you return.

Are you killing yourself? Wow! Maybe you should take a break. Sounds dramatic. I can guess who you are. Always creating a stink. Your life would be easier if you would worry about your own territory and your own performance instead of that of others.
 






well my vibrator's batteries finally died after nearly 18 hours. I was relishing the fact that I am doing great and the screams could be heard throughout my condo building. I frankly was disgusted by the whiners on here who clearly don't have a good business plan. I will be back tomorrow after batteries replaced.

Second-why are people being compensated directly after returning from medical leave? Should be ineligable for at least a period of time. Just goes to show tou can take a great vacation, come back when the people you dislike leave, tank your territory, return and only have to produce 6 prescriptions.

You don't even have to get out of bed for those numbers.

Where is this report that shows how many scripts each territory has? I am new and want to compare my results to e eryone elses.
