Its said that you're company is doing so poorly again this year, (13th year in a row no profits) , that you cannot find new investors. To make up for some of the cash flow problems you are having the unpaid interns work in the lab helping process samples and send out kits. These kids aren't leaving anything. Oh yeah they had employees "pitching in" at the lab last year too Pat Setji made a whole big deal out of it being the result of an uptick in kits but everyone knew the truth. One lie after another starting from the CONman himself

“Pretty sure”, are you? There’s a reason you’re not certain - it’s because they were coerced in to giving free labor. It’s pathetic.
 








An intern being allowed to learn inside selling skills is exactly what an internship is supposed to do. You get paid in the experience that you then leverage to obtain an actual job and for those that do it well, it would most likely be at ES. Processing specimens is still a skill and people are paid to do that, it sounds like you do not understand what an internship is or you think this work is beneath them.
