I really wished the best but once Livalo went generic. Things have changed for the worse. Pharmaceuticals in the PCP and cardiology space has changed dramatically. I hope the best for ever still with Kowa but the future is weak. Like I said PCP and cardiology space has changed. Livalo had a place and purpose to save patients lives. The foot cream and Seglentis never did. Get out while you can. Best of luck.

Big bonuses? lol. Talk to me when base salary is six figures minimum, as it should be. Culture won’t be better until Sam and his minions are gone.

It will never get there. All other Pharma companies pay well. Uber drivers make more than a Kowa base salary. The foot cream isn’t a life changing drug either. PCPs don’t treat it or have time to. Surprised they kept yall around this long.

Right! There’s no way they are making big profits from this cream. If they were Ben wouldn’t have retired, Jeff wouldn’t have found a new job, and Jason wouldn’t have got “fired”. They see the writing on the wall. All the good reps have left to find new talent elsewhere that pay more. What is left are just lazy reps or reps that are trying to last to retirement.

Now that all the old leadership is gone, who is still defending this place? The grammar may not be perfect, but the sentiment is. I get the feeling this may be a Kowa Japan person trying to give those too brain dead to see it a suggestion.

Sadly, it’s not from Japan. Everyone in Japan knows that the new “foot cream” is not a foot cream. That’s just stupid. Also, what did Ben always say? “The future is bright…” So this poor, illiterate fool who wrote the original post is an ex KPA employee who sat through a lot of Ben’s blah blah blah and probably was fired.

That definitely sounds like an ex-pat (now based in Montgomery) KCL employee. You give too much credit to parent KCL, plus you appear to have no empathy. Go upstairs from the basement - it is a reasonable environment versus where you llive today.
