He has helped me when I needed it and has left me alone to allow me to do my job. Can't complain compared to some managers out there. Really don't think he has had much to work with here. I know he is probably out soon.

I agree. He helped in changing the previous poor management. Hopefully he doesn't leave. I want to continue to have him as a manager.

Riemser has neither a strong manager or leader. You cannot count on Greg for anything because he is not to be trusted and VE is just going along for the Riemser ride. As much as we want to believe that all these new products are going to take us to the promiseland, its just not going to happen -- even as we try to give the shit away. The cycle continues...no innovation and we are a distributor of "me too" products that went through their life cycle 3-4 years ago.

Still in business with new strategy. They've restarted making flavored rum and invested the money they are saving by taking reps off the street into a state-of-the-art BBQ pit, where they will specialize in Pulled Pork sandwiches.

I worked with Rick Patton at Osteomed, the world's shittiest, most unethical company. Rick Patton was not respected at Osteomed because of his lack of accountability. Patton remember when it was your fault, you showed up late for the bus? You blamed it on others and didn't own up to it? It looks like what goes around, comes around, because I see you got thrown out of Riemser. No Respect Rick, this is what you use to say.......
 












This company has been doomed for a while. First, it is run by consultants. From the sounds of it, it still is. Then you had Rick Patton and Diane Johnston who are complete fools running sales and marketing. Then Riemser buys them and doesn't invest any money and thinks they will be a player with products everyone else has. I blame it on the various consultants, Rick Patton, Diane Johnston, and the lack of vision from the management at Riemser in Germany. Just shut it down. You will never make it work with this approach.

I don't think Greg and Vince are running any territories. As far as I know, they are in the same positions and actually got what they originally wanted. Greg is overseeing the Implants side and Vince the Regenerative side. The two of them will not really even be working in the same market. Greg is working with GP'S and Vince is taking the now smaller sales force direct to specialists. They should have done this a while ago. Problem is the money is now not there to make it happen correctly.
