Have to agree. Its a payer and health economic message now. RMs cannot parrot these messages and they sure as hell dont call on payers and if they do they are 100% powerless to impact any reimbursement. They basically buy lunch and cherry pick accounts that are not buying.
Totally agree with previous posters. RM's are nothing more than empty suits trying to project an image that the customer is important enough to be worthy of their presence. They couldn't recite a reimbursement story if their lives depended on it
