WTF?
A horrible move by a dipshit president who is hellbent in putting his own mark on the company. Rick is the face of AMS and has been for years. In some respect someone had to be held accountable for our lack of reaction to the market changes over the last couple of years. But to just dump the guy? Camille has effectively dismantled what was a great organization.

Is that where Chris M. went?
Chris didn't leave "because he had a job lined up somewhere else."
Why would Chris leave a job/paycheck in these tough times?
C.M. Was a disaster.
Lol! The signs of decay were all around us. This tool being a screaming beacon of incompetency. Good products will compensate for terrible leadership, for a time being. The good ole boys club.
I can understand Shelton but you can't be talking about Holley. As for the rest of the managers, they're still shell-shocked from Renee and panicked about losing their jobs.We have great Sales leadership in Steve, but only a couple good RSM's, especially those in CA. Everyone else around here needs to get re-booted!!

Panicked about losing their jobs? They should be. If you honestly and seriously look at the value managers bring you conclude that they bring no value to the organization. They are essentially useless overhead. Now I am not saying they cannot do the silly reports or read excel spreadsheets, they do but they do not remove obstacles to success in field sales and frankly I dont care about going to out lunch or dinner on the company dime. Secondly they are not conduits to advancing medicine in any form as managers do not have influence at all for future products or who will lead or conduct clinical trials nor do they impact reimbursement from a payer perspective. They may think they do but they dont. We all know this. The regional manager role is dying.
