It is interesting how Rick Rice figuratively stood in front of the GI division on a conference call and stated that with the optimization they would be hiring people with GI experience. How is that working out? Portland, Seattle, other places? When is Ferring going to learn that US upper management only cares about protecting their own jobs. People come first at Ferring, (unless you are a field rep). Good luck to all.
Going back to this first post, at least two of the reps let go by the so called optimization and replaced have had their replacements quit already. How is that working for the company?
