The culture here has been allowed to deteriorate for far too long. To a point that when leadership is changed, the culture will not. The new Abbvie is one of trackers, being told to fake it to hit unrealistic metrics, lower bonuses and accountability on uncontrollables. I have many years under my belt, and I have never been associated with a place that has such low morale, but no leaders with the courage to speak out about it. This is not the company I joined many years ago.
