This is a primary care culture now. Crazy metrics and tracking, an entirely unmotovated sales force who worked like crazy in a launch and didn't get paid. Now everyone just lies, covers their ass and goes with the flow. It took a couple years and one leadership change to crash the Ferrari into the guardrails and catch it on fire.
 




Well said. We are also alienating a certain race each week as well. But its cancel culture. I have never seen color just people. But today im being made feel i have my whole life. Always been friendly to everyone and never judged anyone but today im being told i have been. To be honest i have been blocked on two well documented promotions. One RM was heard saying by several people we are going to stop the boys club even though i was qualified. The second was i was too old for the spot. Also well documented. I didnt raise hell. I get it. But i dont judge. But i am being told i do now. Sad.

I won't identify my territory but I will say my Otezla counterpart does pretty freaking well. Looks like a bikini super model. I'll just say I am in Texas.

I do fine, but she has crushed everyone else and in psoriasis has a share higher than anyone but me. And she is closer ever month.
 




Could not care less about Otezla but I'm in the South and the two reps I run into are both great people. They kill it with Otezla in dermatology, especially with new to brand. Not sure what is going on, but both of them are hotter than the surface of the sun. Whoever they had hiring, they had a type.
 




Attention JackNutz - Otezla competes in 3 therapeutic areas:

PsA: they sell almost nothing, less than a 5% share
Bechets: only product with an indication but if they get the whole market they might have 1000 patients.
PsO: they are the market leader amongst branded systemics and biologics. 95% of their 2+ billion comes in skin.

Damn we have some stupid people now.
 












Rheum culture is well known among Derm and GI reps. No one is leaving those divisions to work in Rheum any more, but several are leaving Rheum to work in Derm and GI to escape the toxic culture.
 




This thread sounds like Womens Health except Women’s Health never had a good culture . It’s always been a world of metrics , micro management , never listen to the field , lack of leadership sales force . Marty’s minions
