The underlying problem is fear. If this company or another pharma company fails, what will happen as a result? Therefore, you are allowed to actively push these trivial vaccines on people and overcharge. You're allowed to create and actively scare people with advertising to artificially create a need. All of this so the housing market or some other stock isn't adversely impacted. The underlying problem is pharma.

I know someone in their 80s who recently suffered from the RSV virus. Hospitalized for 3 weeks, became extremely weak which caused him to fall and get a pelvic fracture. He was confined to a hospital bed for 6 weeks due to the fracture and has fully recovered but has never regained his stamina. All of this caused from RSV which also made him cough his guts out. Nightmare!!

Lmao who in the VBU is happy. There’s a reason people are leaving in droves. No pipeline, total micromanagement, ridiculous metrics, being asked to see no see physicians who could care less about the shingrix message that’s now 8 years old, and trying to promote a RSV vaccine that even the ACIP doesn’t believe in. So much happiness hahaha.

Oh trust me I left. I couldn’t be more thankful. It might be the single best thing I’ve ever done in my career. The company and management are a complete and utter disaster. Most managers have never sold vaccines. They micromanage the fuck out of their reps, treat them like children, pretend they know all the solutions (yet couldn’t do the actual job if their life depended on it). The VBU culture is absolutely comical. How are those people who were forced into the contracting job they didn’t want doing? How badly are the actual successful vaccine contracting managers missed after they left? You all report to an overweight marble mouth buffoon who lied to your faces about no headcount reduction and go to work (15 hours a week) like good little soldiers bringing your Olive Garden to feed doctors who don’t care about you. Your sole source product is tanking, Arexvy is getting killed by Pfizer, and your new penta is the only vaccine in the pipeline and the ACIP meeting got delayed hahaha. Good luck with your futures. You literally do nothing but collect a paycheck (for now) for a business unit that’s gone downhill since Al left. There’s a reason Judy left during the arexvy launch. The writing was on the wall. Keep peddling that worthless RSV “vaccine”. At least you’ll be sitting in your couch at 2 pm. The gravy train is ending soon. Enjoy unemployment.
