Account Managers- with so much change happening in this space, there is a real need to have active, informed discussion of how manufacturers are facing new challenges from payers. In a very general sense, what are thoughts on Cigna/ESI/Prime configuration? I realize that this site traditionally serves as a repository for childish complaints and anonymous insults, but it could be very helpful to our "community". Issues of payer management trends, consolidation, price protection, admin fees, etc.
