Let’s not forget the quarter they stole from us and tried to act like pharma companies so that all the time. Cheats and liars.
Thieves, liars, and cowards is what they are. We won't be paid retention until January of next year. They gotta delay that to cook the books for this year. It's troubling that they have to pull this gimmick. But then again, I guess that's what happens when you blow $700M on building out a PD portfolio that turned out to be a joke.

I was heavily considering starting the interview process with other companies, but had a change of heart after considering that I just completed a 4 hour work week
Get a second pharma job. Keep both incomes. Supernus has let us all know how much they value us over and over again.
They steal bonuses and pay late, allow RDs to mentally abuse us with no repercussions. Try to beat us down and devalue us so that we don’t think we have any worth and will stay like we’re slave labor.
Go out there and get after it, folks. Other companies will see your worth.

I thought they said that money is ours and they never touch it……. Not a good look to pay your employees money they are owed late. Especially if it’s after Christmas.

I figured we would at least have an update by now saying it will be on next pay period. Actually it’s more realistic for the update to say “F you guys. Due to unforeseen circumstances we are keeping retention bonuses this time. Merry Christmas!!”

It’s not the ADHDs division fault that we made horrible acquisitions over the last two years which has now bled our reserves and weighing down forecast. This is the last spot you should look to fu’k!!
