Good luck to the plaintiff - hope she wins.

I know many who have been victim of esiais retalitory practices. If anyone ever went to HR to complain about management-- you were targeted and fired.

That is common practice in Eisai, make a complaint to management and they choose to do nothing to investigate and then they target complaining representatives for dismissal.

It has been over 4 1/2 years and attorney bills that have been paid and are double a reps annual salary however the trial is again delayed due to Eisai's Legal Team's most recent tactic's. Assume DH has been given the deposition transcripts. New Trial Date forthcoming!!!!
