You clearly know very little about Chris, what he was up against in the Home office, and how hard he fought to protect the team and ensure their success. And before you say “well why was the sales force downsized last year and why is he now gone” think about what respiratory division revenues did during his tenure, why he lasted 10 years, and why the vast majority of the sales force respects him. And, really, you don’t know a single rep that rode with him? How long has it been since you actually worked at Teva?

Your post says far more about you that it does about Chris. My God, what a cesspool CafePharma is.

Yet no mention of all the harassment that went on under his nose. way to support your gender! So sad when females only look out for themselves and don't support the overall gender. I get it, if it didn't happen to you or your loved one, look the other way. You were taught well.
In terms of field travels. Let me guess, you are probably in the east. (Not that you would admit it anyway as it would make your stance weak) but I will give you this, he probably did ride with reps.....as long as they were an hour or so drive from his office. But getting on a plane and actually seeing how the rest of the sales force was doing? No way. Too much work for this great great leader. Or perhaps he had heard about the culture in other areas outside of the east and he didn't want to be bothered by it.
Still waiting for speciifc examples of his great motivational skills and leadership. All you provide is your your misguided opinion
