I agree... Not happening.

BUT, they could let the rest of Syneos go, end the contract completely. Then just shuffle around the GSK reps a little if needed in some districts (i.e. instead of 3 GSK in a territory, have one move to replace the Syneos rep in a nearby territory). Then they can all have Nucala too and GSK trims a little more, but doesn't have to pay out huge severances. That actually seems pretty logical to me. I know some Syneos reps that would probably be a-ok with that too. And really, why would you still have THREE gsk reps in a single territory?! Especially now when Covid is still causing limited access!
 






I think you greatly underestimate how much GSK saves having Syneos reps instead of GSK.. some cases Syneos reps making 70k range compared to the what 120k GSK range?

50K difference per rep adds up very quickly, and with the changing landscape, companies like GSK are starting to realize voice is voice.. Contract is not going anywhere, which is why we need to make sure this Nucala transition gives us enough runway to justify our roles moving forward

Really? Primary Care reps making a base of 120k? Maybe those especially great reps that have been around for 20 years, but I find it hard to believe the majority come close to that. Would love to know though!

A lot of losers and sub par employees around here. GSK breeds dysfunction and people want out.

I do control my life/career and I am deciding to have GSK pay up one way or another and I will laugh and/or continue laughing all the way to the bank. Their dysfunction causes subpar performance, efforts, and results. Mostly everyone I know is laughing at this company while they collect a nice paycheck. Low IQ clowns everywhere in management and upper management. Just laugh and collect. Smile and wave my friends, smile and wave.
