What you are saying is absolutely true but the it's not the CSo group that will lose, its legacy Sunovion reps. Its much cheaper to keep the CSO vs the high priced Sunovion reps who are not going to meet their numbers!

Going to agree that the CSO is not necessary but if your IM customers “could care less” (I assume you mean couldn’t care less), that’s on the TS. It’s your job to make them care. Sell something. It’s getting covered with a PA pretty consistently. No one is paying $1200 so stop making excuses.

The CSO is getting beat on by management,no bonus,1/3 the pay we get, no answers on if the contract is signed or if so for how long, and double the BS! They just want contract to go down but no answers from anyone- wouldn’t want to be them.
