The drug is a tough sell for some places you just have to build relationships and position it right. Ignore the leadership fluff and do you job and make it happen. It’s not so bad. The bonus is obtainable if you work and it’s high $$ opp. If you want to have oncology on your resume and get your foot in the oncology door this is a good place to start. Very few have made bonus. Only 2 original reps left and no original managers. 99 percent turnover should give you a clue about climate. What had stayed the same are the unqualified idiots who ran company into ground named Tom, Scott, Alex and Kiernan.
