Territory does ok based on reports. No official manager yet just interim but she just resigned. That team has had their manager resign and three (soon to be five) territory managers resign. Nice people on team but rumor is some guy from Jersey is taking over as manager for that team is what my home office connection says. Don’t know the guy.
East has a new ASD and he is a d**k. People were relieved when he left. He will make those East people’s lives a living hell.

Unless you financially are struggling, find another route to get foot in biologics’ door.
People continue to leave every week and people are miserable. I’m in top third in rank and look every damn day to leave. Toxic manager, tired of pissed off hcps and acting like I’m glad to be here is causing me to go bald!

If you put this place on your resume, you will have a monumental struggle to get another gig. Ask ANYONE here, because all of them are looking. A lucky few with foresight got out before the industry (managers and recruiters) got wind of this place. The rest of us are struggling to get another gig.

Calling bullshit on this one. Look at the number of pharma folks out of work right now. Recruiter told me it’s highest it’s been in years so way more competition. I got out last month. Some went aesthetic route, some followed the former NSDs/RSMs back to UCB, some left with their RSM to whatever company they went to (Harmony, Horizon), and others not said where they went. And some were smart and left before drug launched and at end of year when they saw the disaster unfolding.
