Anyone take a look at all the Iluyma openings?
TM resignation in Philly today making that how many on Tri-State including their RSM?
Mid Atlantic had 2 today bringing total on that team since 1/18: 3 TMs & 1 RSM.
I feel like this is the Biologic Apocalypse and PS is leading the charge in the East.

Turnover has been off the charts. The bigger issue now is that people won’t join.

I think if someone needs a job really bad and or they want to get their foot in derm/biologics they’ll join even knowing what’s going on but if someone has options they’ll pass for sure. I think specialty derm reps will start filling in those TM openings, especially on East since that’s Pete’s agenda.

I hate to see this happen. Drug available 8 months now and it’s just imploded in worst way.

Why would anyone leave our specialty derm force for the TM jobs? That is like cutting your own throat and waiting to bleed out. We all know the Ilumya force is on death row. Better bet to stay where you're at.

I wouldn’t want to be on ilumya team. I don’t blame the TMs I feel they got so lied to it’s shameful by ST and FL. It’s their leadership. Man they were f’d from the beginning.

I know people who have applied and are qualified candidates for open TM slots and it’s been crickets. Weird.
Do they really want to fill these open ilumya TM spots? Several of us have to cover some open territories and we are spread pretty thin for those that already have larger territories.
I’d like to know did they post them but they don’t intend to fill to save cash and consolidate territories? Leadership makes it sound people are applying but no one is being called??
ASDs have been moved/filled, RSMs I think have been filled or narrowed down so what’s hold up on TMs?
Sun all this mass exodus since launch not just with TMs does not look good at all. What is being done to retrain good people or repair the damage? More people are planning on resigning and I am one person that cares and would like to know. My credibility is getting damaged out here because of what’s going on with either retaining AG, the Hub/FRM fiasco, and all the resignations that our 2-3 rep per competitor LOVE to make a comment about to our docs.

ZS has been doing the analytics the past two weeks. Looks like a ‘flex force’ will be in effect.
Basically one total Derm sales force, 4-5 Area Directors, each with ‘Regional Managers’ reporting in.
Regional Managers will lead 9-12 reps. Each rep to have 2 product lines, e.g. Ilumya+Levulan, or Levulan+acne, or acne+topicals. IC weighting and bag structure to ‘flex’ for each POA, based on needs/opportunity.
Overall reduction in headcount vs. current.

You hit on some good points.
I think the vacancies not filled do point to a rethinking of #territories needed. HQ will sing a song that we’re flooded with applicants. BTW, leadership believes we should be grateful to work FOR Sun.

Their office is in Princeton, duh.
And they do visit the office as we visit theirs. When making headcount decisions, we like to sit face to face when making decisions about your career and livelihood.
