requirements to be an rd

Any suggestions for getting my RD out of my car? He's all about the not so subtle threats. I don't want him sitting next to me all day delivering his little threats. How do you get your RD to
follow behind you?

Email TF in hr. She is the only one I would trust. Need to listen to her, if she down plays claim, thank her and move on and keep quiet. The problem is these rds don't get reported until they drop some bs written or verbal on you. When that happens the rug is ranked out, you lose validity. TF is for real, and will give good direction.

Just contact a labor attorney. It's free for a consult. Never trust HR.
I had a great attorney. It will drag out for years. The attorney even with all my emails and recorded conversations the big issue was that I never reported to hr. Listen I never said trust hr , I ve been through hell and back - all rd crap and TF is the only one I would trust. There are many rds not permitted in reps cars and have to tread lightly. The only way a crap rd gets fired is by reporting a VALID issue! God bless!

Yes speak to a attorney first then they will give you advice on when and if you need to go to HR. Some will contact HR on your behalf or appear to any HR interviews with you. You can also report to HR to see how they handle it and then contact an attorney immediately after (within a couple of weeks to a couple of months) Hr is not all bad just make sure you follow up your HR claim with a phone call to an attorney to protect yourself. Many will work probono if they think you have a solid case.

Spot on. I went to an attorney first, who told me to go to HR and give them an opportunity to make it right. Attorney will also give you solid advice on how to answer hr questions. Best advice is document everything, and copy your attorney on all correspondence. My situation is better, but if I didnt speak up I would have been pushed out. Speak up. Don't let them push you out of a good job because they feel like pounding their chests.

Accuse him of harassment...sexual, racial, religious, political, or just what is happening above.
Contact HR.....no rd wants an investigation launched.

it is hard to believe an rd w multiple hr issues and pending lawsuit is still allowed to be a people manager. where is this teflon don?

Uh hello--- Have you noticed the entire career of Kobe? Google her and see all the horrible crap she's pulled and still keeps on going and going and going.........

I have a hard time thinking a company allows multiple hr issues (as mentioned above) by the same manager. one issue is too much if legit complaint, multiple issues with same person is a pattern and a major problem.

I totally agree......if multiple issues are occurring with same manager eventually their boss will be on the line for allowing those patterns to occur. where I this happening./

Here's a news alert for you>>> Some reps lie to save their own asses. If a manager has received complaints about them there is always the likelihood that the complaints are unfounded. Unless it's complaints about about senior leadership, then PS just sweeps it under the rug.

Or the manager lies to save his own ass.
