There’s a very interesting article in the news today about 5 execs from Insys who are facing up to 20 years in jail.
A couple of VPs turned on the 75 year old CEO, citing payments to physicians for bogus engagements, off-label selling, fraud and other violations.

The jury didn’t buy that the CEO didn’t know what was going on. Abhay, are you listening ?

Get to know the industry a bit better junior. Insys was selling all forms of fentanyl supposedly restricted to cancer pain only. They swayed far out of that lane and had docs on the payroll for hundred of thousands of $$.
Don't think Abhay has much to fret over acne and psoriasis. Especially with the market share SUN is realizing.
 






Agree the Insys situation was way out of control. Since I have been here Sun has been quite compliant. The bodies are buried at legacy Ranbaxy and Dusa. Gotta ask your self how big the fines would be when the feds come knocking there. Clear pay for rx , selling the spread and channel stuffing. All hiding in plain sight

It won't stop there. Dusa, Caraco, Ranbaxy all of them are going to come together and all the graves will be dug up at the same time! Even AG will be amazed. His$100k fine will look like pocket change.

I truly love this. We are all going to be let go over the next 24 months. These thieves will be picking up and leaving having trashed careers and stuffed their pockets with cash. They have created a culture that is poisonous and put to ruin many a career of quality people. I hope the US government waterboards these cobra monkeys and sends a message to all these developing countries that are seeking to use the United States as their garbage dump. “Pull your con here and you will be pulling something quite different behind the bars of a Federal prison. Pucker up AG. You will swallowing more than your pride soon.

I said this on another post. Stay focused on the person or persons. Don't generalize. Plus US govt or companies are not saints either.

With your logic, we will have to call all blondes (may be your wife / children) as dumb.
All blacks criminals
All asians corrupt
All white males racist , etc etc

NONE OF THIS IS TRUE!!!
So just asking everyone to stick to your point calling out the double standards and bad management of Sun. Nothing beyond that! Do not generalize!

Fair points, for the most part.
It’s the visceral feelings towards AG and a few others that have created this broad cultural perception. That said, Dilip’s refusal to take action, coupled with AGs arrogance since Day One, are consistent with the brutal “sh*t on employees” perceptions we have of the culture.

Canning AG would be a meaningful signal that the company respects both its employees as well as ethical behavior.
