Guess what little man, the sh*t you’ve been doing has now been exposed outside of HCNA and the walls you control.
I think this time the dirt of Sun May gain traction in the WSJ (or other publications).

It is understandable how you feel. But this issue was long ago. Let us not point fingers. Let us move forward and keep sight on our goals. Please come discuss if there are remaining things.

There is some type of laughable effort from either Princeton staff out of Mumbai, or direct from Mumbai to influence the story here. Sorry, not going to work - the guy in charge is a crook and thought he could insider trade ( stupid crook...). He has to go. End of debate. There can be no resolution of this issue until he does. DSS has to act. Board has to act. How can anyone work when there is this much noise about it. Sorry, personally I like the guy but he made a mistake and I need a job. We need someone who knows the US market to shake it up. My search is on but I would like to stay as I actually like my coworkers- just want to know I can trust leadership

Like we said we understand your concern. Move on from the past and put your faith behind the company. No issues have been raised globally by US senior leadership. There are voices of frustration but they hide behind these posts. Let us get the job done

U have to be kidding. U miss the point. There is no moving on until the company acts. Why would I put any faith in it unless it acts. The entire credibility of the company is at stake here in the US. Maybe this bullshit is normal in India. Here it is visible and we are waiting to see action. I am US senior leadership and I resort to messaging here as anything I say in public would lead to my dismissal.

I fully agree with your post and am also wanting to stay but in my heart I know I’m going. It’s not just the insider trading case, but - but that was the icing on the cake. For the company to not take action tells me we’re not on the same page ethically, not even close.
And that is more important than a paycheck to me and my family.

1. None of them have the guts to face you on this. They need their jobs.
2. Your history shows you’ll go completely off the rails if they do
3. If they did raise it to, think about what you would do.
There are only a few options: ignore it (that’s not working), address it with them, or address it with us. I can tell you that neither of the latter is satisfactory.

You must resign.

But when I look at you I see an alleged leader who steals, belittles others and who has done ZERO for the business.

AG, the time period is irrelevant. We cannot have different standards. If anything like this would have happened at TARO which is listed on NYSE, will you be able to tell the SEC that this happened long time ago, so let us move on? If one of the Taro employees was implicated in insider trading, will you tell SEC that we are not firing the employee even though he broke the rules?

What is the right thing to do here? If I were you, I would resign.

This would work as well. When you have the telecon, please clarify how you will handle SUN employees when the do the following?
1. Break internal company rules and not follow code of conduct.
2. Go about promoting drugs off label
3. Bribe doctors to meet sales goals.
4. Trade Sun/ Taro stock using insider information.

If you choose to add a disclaimer " It depends on the time and situation" , cite some examples of when it is OK to break rules.
