Reps Faxing PA's - Yes thats right

WoW........Reading all these posts is pretty enlightening. Most from recent hire's, but others that have been at WC for a while. I say to the FED'S......."Please call me! I am an employee that was laid off in December, and will answer any questions that you have. My "Package" can not be taken back if I'm talking with the FED'S!' There are tons of us that would love to tell you what we were directed to do, and what other sales forces were/and are directed to do. Communicate with all of us and we will tell all!!!!!

Ditto here, I want to expose these CROOKS and would like the FEDS to call ALL the Reps who were laid off in December.
 




































Did you all just see that Abbott was just fined $1.6 billion? The federal gov't cares a lot about what pharma companies are doing. I would blow the whistle if I wasn't guilty too. I never faxed PA's but I was told to.

We actually are not in HIPPA violation, the doctor would be for sharing the information with us. We are only permitted to hear about patients if they experienced an adverse event. But the burden to protect the patient is on the doctor. Although it is completely illegal for Carl to tell us over VM to bring coffee to the PA person as a bribe.

I want the Feds to interview anyone from the Osteoporosis LA meeting 3rd trimester... I was there when one of the top reps admitted freely as if it was a success story that he told a doctor that he would only give him money for something if he wrote more Atelvia!

That story has also been on CP many times and keeps getting taken down.
 






all of the osteo sales force had to do whatever they could to survive. They were not given a choice, it's not just LA, or PA...its NY, NJ, CT, RI and then some. WC has no coverage on any of the products, granted with all others there are at least a tier 3 in most cases, but ATELVIA has no coverage at all. And at WC it's do or get out and lose your job so that you cannot support your family, cannot pay your expenses and so forth. Higher Up should get into alot of trouble they should lose their jobs, THE DM's should be let go as well, they know what goes on. Some reps are still doing things they shouldnt but again its WC

Please provide us with written documentation of management (not your DM, unless you can document that it was at RD direction) direction that you should commit a crime, or lose your job. FACT- There was a recall of all Atelvia PA's, and a connection to excuses used on the PA's for Atelvia. Its a red flag when Atelvia is launched and all of a sudden patients "can't Tolerate Fosamax" from coast to coast. That's what you call Medicare Fraud.

Better yet - check all the information WCRX gave us regarding our jobs. There is NOTHING in sales training documentation, handbook etc regarding PA's. People not in Pharma probably didn't know better. That was an instant red flag when my DMs were giving me "prompts" to have pa's go through. How was everyone else's POA's? Very hush hush at ours.
 






Well our emails are deleted after 90 days but I am sure they can go back and see and email to us that a district had all the PA forms and what they were saying in them. It was a huge packet of language and prefilled PA's
