Yes, they are checking to see where the PA's were faxed from. But really they should be checking out Mark M. and the Execs since it was their direction. Follow the email and voice mail trail and that is where it will lead you. Reps better give em up or you will go to jail.
 












Makes me laugh how arrogant WC has been to the competition with the attitude of "really " selling. Your huge expense accounts, preceptorships where you pretend to be medical students and sit in during patient exams, prior authorizations for patients, fake speaker programs are all catching up to you. Let me be clear, these tactics are HIPPA violations, bribery, kick backs, and fraud. Good luck.
 






Are you working for Feds? How do you know all this information? did they come to your home and tell you so you can put on CF and make others aware..don't try to be Savior and why are you scaring people here? I think you should be minding your own business. if you don't like this company, that OK but don't add fuel to fire, there are thousands still working for WC.
If you had worked well from 9 to 5 every working day than we wouldn't have had this issue, you are cry baby, whining for everything, did you ever get ANY bonus? You are jealous and impotent, who doesn't want to work hard, but if other are doing well, you feel constipated.

Lets be very clear here, I have been a pharmaceutical rep long enough to see the industry change. What your company does to it's employees is nothing short of burn and churn. Your reps last about a year. I have competed very hard against them and consistently been a top performer, gotten promotions, raises and BIG bonuses. However, bribery of honorariums for speaker programs that didn't really happen wasn't part of my success. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to see how you conduct yourselves while I am " working hard". The docs and staff have been more then happy to tell me all you do for them...they will tell the Feds too.

OMG-
There is a REASON why bribery.....what you call "working hard" is against the law. IT HURTS PATIENTS. It is why the industry has a bad reputation and has now cracked down. The rest of the industry stopped these practices years ago except the dogs at WC (How do you sleep at night?)

Every fat office staff that you have ever taken out will brag to the OIG how you sponsered their Holiday party and monthly happy hour for years, and how you paid the dic in their practice. They have no loyalty to protect you. Cant wait till they dig deep into your financial books. For all the bashing you have done, and as unprofessional as you have been to your competitors, karma is gonna get you. Remember your People magazine ad asking patients if their OC required a blood test? I do, karma is gonna find you

Yes, because it is apparent to everyone that large corporations that do unethical things, lie, cheat, steal and generally screw their employees ALWAYS have "karma" come back around on them, because we live in such a JUST society.

Get fucking real. Not one damn thing is going to come out of this that will not be sated by WC paying a 200,000 dollar fine to the US Govt. To think otherwise is to be idealistic to the point of absurdity. No amount of wishing for WC to "get their come-uppance" will make up for the fact that you have a shitty job that you do not like, and that you wish had some sort of meaning to it.

You're an absolute idiot if you think the OIG and the DOJ are going to settle for a 200K fine, try reading up on the history of the pharmaceutical industry and what sort of money gets paid when the government comes sniffing around. Maybe if you changed that number to 200 million you'd be in the ballpark, but I think it's going to be higher.

Thats bashing? The factual explanation that if there are certain factors and/or concomitant drug use the PI expressly states that the healthcare provider should administer a blood test? I had several offices do this and see issues, and see the issues resolve with cessation of DRSP. Obviously, this didnt turn into a huge issue (except for pending lawsuits--also fact) but is certainly wasnt bashing , it was differentiation.
 






Again, promote your OWN priducts. If you did, you would realize your PI states that you haven't studied patients with kindney, liver, or adrenal disease. Is Lo24 a good choice for those patients? Where in your PI is that stated?

Large scale fines that have occurred in the past have primarily dealt with flagrant off-label promotion that have resulted in harm to patients. This is not the case at WC.

But you keep up those thoughts of WC executives being perp-walked on the nightly news, if it makes you feel better about the fact that you are a low level employee in a piece of shit company, with no voice at all. Personally, I could give a shit about what happens to this turd soup that masquerades as a healthcare company, but I am not so stupid to think that reps faxing in PAs for physicians, or paying physicians to write a few scripts, will result in some major event in our current corrupt governmental/regulatory environment.
