I realize that 99% of the people that post on Cafepharma do not take responsibility for their work or situation, and are a "victim" of their company but take the paycheck. For those that are miserable ... spare your uneducated insults and find a place that will make you happy. (And if you read this website...every company has people like you posting on their boards).

I love Smith and Nephew. I sell and am focused on what I am doing. I'm doing fairly well, and I'm being compensated. I'm happy with my manager and enjoy going to work every day.

Oh golly gee! Maybe we can change the co. logo to include a rainbow & unicorn! Then we can all get our scrubs embroidered with them. This is just such a great place to work. All of those people who are unhappy have it all wrong. Perhaps rainbows & unicorns will change their outlook on things.

Do you really sell? If you're out selling product everyday, you're the exception. My guess is tou'refoceri g cases & opening boxes. & felling really cool.

Well said. I don't LOVE snn but it's good enough and there are much, MUCH worse companies to work for.

Great point of view. You sell some BHR's last week? Keep cashing those checks. Don't worry about challenging this company to do the right thing. People like you are why this company is corrupt. Keeping looking the other way.

Corruption hurts everyone.

This company has harmed innocent people, you could be next.
 






























I get such a kick out of it when Corporations get a jag and invade sites like Cafepharma to preach the blessing bestowed by such a virtuous company. It's smells of be thankful to have a job TODAY because we are watching and tomorrow it might be you! Meanwhile hard working people try to stay positive and pray they don't become a casualty. When tired and upset REAL people come to this site to vent genuine concerns and warnings they are reduced to trolling, I say nonsense.
