Advanced degree in what discipline? As far I know, not too many industries seek out ex pharma reps. A few of the earlier posts explain why. The industry's reputation is that reps spend about 45 seconds to two minutes with each customer, four times a day at most.

You missed the entire point of the previous post. Advanced degree you don’t need prior experience at all. Go get an RN, PA, Law, MD or become an engineer. Those are advanced degrees dummy. Your experience as a drug rep is literally worthless now a day. At least w/ an advanced degree you never lose your title, will probably get on the job training and step directly into a life job. It’s basically learning a white collar trade.
