Manage stress, not the other way around. Get plenty of rest and exercise, cut down on carbs and alcohol, eat a balanced diet, and the job will take care of itself. You need to take care of yourself.

Any idea how many reps will be cut by percent and when it starts? What kind of packages?
If you're in your 30's w/ only 4-5 years with merck the time to get out is now. Waiting for severence (a few months) not worth the "ding" on your career and you can start over in sales, even pharma but you should be proactive now. If you're in your 40's hang on but get busy going back to school etc. and prepare for a career change. If you're in your 50's with 15-20, well your stuck. Better hope they don't change soc. sec. and get ready to access your retirment savings alot earlier than you planned.
