Rep cuts

If you're in your 30's w/ only 4-5 years with merck the time to get out is now. Waiting for severence (a few months) not worth the "ding" on your career and you can start over in sales, even pharma but you should be proactive now. If you're in your 40's hang on but get busy going back to school etc. and prepare for a career change. If you're in your 50's with 15-20, well your stuck. Better hope they don't change soc. sec. and get ready to access your retirment savings alot earlier than you planned.
