Why is xolair reps getting paid thru Feb then individual weeks w company kicking in? That’s much longer! 5 months paid then your individual severance on top of that?!! Not a bad deal! Most will have minimum of 6mos severance on that team!Incorrect. WARN is 60 days.
Not true! If severance is two weeks per year most will get a couple of months at best. Many Xolair reps are new to the company.
