Y’all I really hope this is true for HQ because Victor has misled us and created a dysfunctional in-house structure and it sucks Sales despises product, product teams think they're superior to marketing and marketing is overwhelmed by all the added bs layers……..it’s the epic fail setup and a wonder anything gets done.

Dez just announced that xolair reps are fired and being replaced with contract reps. What a slap in the face to all reps in the organization. How do you think this affects culture. Dez is dangerous and a buffoon. The irony of it all is that he just fired his wife. She’s also a xolair rep.

Dez’s wife is not a Xolair Rep. He set her up as a Territory Thought Leader in CV over a year ago. Many curious how she is qualified for that position or what she actually does. Optics aren’t great. Way to go Dez.

3 months of WARN act then 2 weeks for every year plus bonus. Any RSU's are pro-rated

Why is xolair reps getting paid thru Feb then individual weeks w company kicking in? That’s much longer! 5 months paid then your individual severance on top of that?!! Not a bad deal! Most will have minimum of 6mos severance on that team!

Not true! If severance is two weeks per year most will get a couple of months at best. Many Xolair reps are new to the company. A few legacy reps left but many are long gone
