OMG, you drove 3000 miles a month?! WOW! That is 36,000 a year! You poor thing! Seeing as the average American drives 15,000 miles a year, and most don't even work in sales, you are driving just over twice as much as the average person. That is incredible! You are a SUPER REP! I would think all 3 sales forces will take quite a hit . Prob 1/2 of AR and 1/2 sars and specialty . AR isn’t safe and I heard it’s going to be based on geography. They can’t just target DSI and leave AR unaffected. That won’t pass Legal /HR scrutiny . This is gonna be rough and all managers and reps need to brace for it

Not. Geography based on business potential. Then, if there are 2 or more people left that qualify, they will consider performance and reviews. It all about what going to make them the most money and spend the least. Period. Don't take it personal. You're just a number.

You heard wrong or not at all, I've seen the list and 3 AR people out and they are gonna double in size so maybe you get transferred. They won't do anything to hurt Injectafer and no one believes the SAR team did a thing but rose coat tails
3 people isn't going to make AR territories double. But I agree they won't disrupt injectafer. If you can, tell us about this list!
from all the information being put out, company, and public, it sounds as though Injectafer will remain a focus. While I’m sure some AR reps will be impacted, the fact that they will be shifting some personnel into AR roles, I would think they would be the least affected. Specialty and SARs will likely be the brunt of the impact.
I am a spec rep but I’ve been thinking about this.... Why wouldn’t they just keep SAR’s. They were invited to meeting first, they sample Savasa already and their geography is already bigger? They have pain relationships and know Injectafer. I’m nervous bc I am not a SAR but after thinking it makes more sense! Any one agree??
I think the SAR is the safest , then AR then lastly specialty
