Has anyone received a rejection letter, phone call etc that has interviewed for the Hep C positions. Is it Gilead's policy to let people know if they did not get the job?
Don't feel too bad...that team you just spoke about is not going to a party. Nope, they are going to a chain gang. (A chain gang is a group of prisoners chained together to perform menial or physically challenging work)
and now we can sit back and watch the excuses roll in from the ranexa rejects they brought over. their last excuse was it was a hard sell..! poor babies!!!
Rejects doesn't make sense, people are running from Ranexa. It really is a hard sell, which you don't understand. They are the lucky ones for getting out.
this issue with ranexa reps is their reputation. they seem to conduct themselves with endless drama ... skullduggery ... and the dm's encourage it. time will tell if they bring their negativity to the hcv team. it is this background noise that has ruined their ranexa sales efforts due to favoritism, unequal goals, and a general lack of respect for each other.
I agree, it is a sad a negative place. The Ranexa side has problems that start with reimbursement, PA and step edits on every plan, copays of over 100 dollars if approved, even not being covered, this all for a drug that makes them feel better. Then we have copay cards that no one qualifies for, so a lot of time and wasted effort is seen when scripts aren't written and IC is directly tied to that. That's where it comes from, so moving to a disease state and selling where you aren't hand cuffed at every turn is a welcome place to go. Too assume that they will fail is ridiculous, everyone didn't start with this magical Hep C experience, everyone started with none, also a doctor will not want to write a drug that they have been waiting for? If in fact managed care companies do drop the hammer on riembursment, the Ranexa people will be all to familiar with that.
I think it is very sad to go through several interviews, meet lots of people within organization, spend hours preparing for the interviews, feel that you really connected with the people you were interviewing with, and then to hear nothing. How hard is it for the hiring manager whom you have spoken with several times to pick up the phone and thank you for your efforts or at least send an email or at the very least have the person who set up the interviews in the first place let you know that they have moved on with another candidate. Is that so hard?
no one cares about the ranexa rats. we just don't want them to bring their crappy attitude with them. lots of gossip surrounds them and none of it is good.
Gossip? What are you talking about? Crappy attitude is due to difficult enviornment. Please don't act like HCV is so magical place, or Gilead overall. You sell a drug just like the rest of us, just with less restrictions, which someone would call easier.
